"Zvezda Rock N Rolla", by Leningrad.  Fucking excellent Russian ska.

According to a commentator on Youtube, the lyrics translate as:

"Moment" glue I buy for one ruble and bag for him, And sniff this junk I loved the music. Where is you, parents? Where the school is looking? So I became a star of rock-n-roll. Zippo, tripper (gonorrhea), pistol (like children counting) We play with seven years. Classmate girl I invited guests, Dad and mom at work, we are fucking that there is strength. Where is you, parents? Where the school is looking? So I became a star of rock-n-roll. ….

This is one of my childrens’ favourite songs.  They sing along (they don’t speak Russian, they just go phonetically).  We just didn’t translate the lyrics.  It’s like a cute Japanese kid singing along to “Too Drunk to Fuck” with no idea what it means. One day they’ll find out, and we’ll have some hard questions to answer.  In the meantime, it’s really cute.
